Job Title: Senior Visual Designer

Job Description:

Our team is seeking an experienced designer to work in a tight, collaborative environment. Your skill set as an individual performer is important, but we're also looking for designers who can contribute to briefs and follow them.

As a senior visual designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team and project lead to work on multiple design ideas needed for the project's visual design and experience. You will conduct formal or informal research relevant to the project at hand, effectively communicate design ideas within the team, and execute all design stages from conceptualizing, visual design, final artworks to art directing internal and external shoots.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a design studio
  • A graphic design/visual communication degree/diploma from a recognized design college (for exceptional portfolios, we accept related degrees or diplomas).
  • Proficiency in relevant industry-standard applications
  • Communication and understanding of ideas in English
  • The ability to identify and attack problems
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Typographic literacy and proficiency
  • Drawing well enough to effectively share concepts
  • Experience in preparing technically correct artworks for any medium
  • Estimating and managing time
  • Collaborating with other creative disciplines
  • Understanding production processes
  • Great attention to detail

  • Feel for brands, markets, economic, social, cultural context
  • Writing and language skills
  • Proficiency in two languages
  • Deep interest in other things besides design
