Job Description

We are seeking a Research Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, analyzing data, and ensuring successful implementation of R&D projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing experiments
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment
  • Compiling and analyzing research data
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations

Candidates must have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Experience in Research and Development (R&D) is essential, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and carrying out research projects
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
  • Proficient Laboratory Skills including equipment maintenance and experiment execution
  • Background in research methodologies and techniques
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
