Job Title: Collections Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.

As a Collections Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely together to achieve common goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes
  2. Effectively communicate and support collection goals while providing quality customer service
  3. Pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts
  4. Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/info for dispute/deductions resolution
  5. Ability to handle, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
Requirements:
  • B.Com Graduation
  • Relevant work experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to learn ERP systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
  • Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred
