Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Extension Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial operations, payroll management, and accounts payable/receivable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the internal accounts department, preparing MIS reports, and managing accounts receivable and payable. They will also be responsible for tax compliance, financial forecasting, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal accounts department for filing and bank-related work.
  • Prepare MIS reports as per the requirement of management.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including TDS working and quarterly returns.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including entries in books of accounts and experience in working with Tally.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting payable operations, maintain daily accounts, and petty cash for day-to-day requirements.
  • Handle payroll management.
