Administrative Support Specialist

At Signum Hotels And Resorts, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our executives. This role involves preparing financial documents, reports, and presentations, as well as handling basic bookkeeping tasks and filing corporate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data analysis to support document preparation.
- Preparing meeting materials, including minutes and agendas.
- Providing general administrative support, including ordering supplies and managing records databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative support specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of MS Office suite and ability to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
