Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Researching and conducting data analysis to support document preparation.
  • Preparing meeting materials, including minutes and agendas.
  • Providing general administrative support, including ordering supplies and managing records databases.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative support specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office suite and ability to learn new software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
