Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in Automation Anywhere as the primary automation platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing automation bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and perform efficiently in production environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bot lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments. They will work closely with QA teams to conduct unit and system tests, and ensure that all automated processes run smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation bots using Automation Anywhere (AA), ensuring they meet business requirements and perform efficiently in production environments.
  • Manage the testing, deployment, and implementation of RPA solutions in production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of deployed bots in live environments, quickly addressing any incidents or issues that arise.
  • Utilize your working knowledge of REST APIs to integrate external systems and services into RPA workflows.
  • Work with SFTP workflows to facilitate secure data transfers between systems.
  • Apply basic HTML and XML parsing techniques to extract and process data from various sources.
  • Follow structured processes for incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation, with expertise in Automation Anywhere as the primary automation platform.
  • Proven experience in managing the entire bot lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
