Data Engineering Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, solve challenges, and develop a clear platform vision.
  • Design end-to-end data pipelines using AWS services like S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.
  • Implement data product storage, processing, and APIs using serverless architectures and AWS-native tools.
  • Use AWS Lake Formation for fine-grained access control and secure data sharing across domains.
  • Architect multi-tenant, domain-oriented data lakes and integrate with Redshift Spectrum/Athena for distributed querying.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in platform engineering, data architect, data engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native platforms.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing multi-tenant systems on AWS.
