We are seeking a strategic growth leader to spearhead our pricing and packaging efforts. In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze experiments across product and marketing touch-points to determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of pricing and packaging experiments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market, user behavior, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles.
  • Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
