We are looking for a skilled developer to build and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance WordPress sites. This entails creating custom plugins and themes, implementing advanced form functionality, and optimizing site performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Development: Develop and customize themes and plugins to meet business needs, ensuring seamless backend development and frontend integration.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize site performance by refining database queries, caching, asset delivery, and other critical areas.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Implement and manage third-party APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve conflicts across plugins, integrations, and code.
  • Deployment and Support: Manage site deployments, staging environments, and production releases, providing comprehensive support to the design team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deep Expertise: Possess deep expertise in WordPress backend development, hooks, filters, and architecture.
  • Custom Plugin & Theme Dev: Have strong experience with custom plugin and theme development.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript: Demonstrate solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Page Builders & Form Tools: Be familiar with page builders like Elementor or WP Bakery, as well as form tools (HubSpot Forms, WP Forms, Contact Form 7).
  • REST API & Deployment: Have experience with REST API, AJAX, JSON, Git, and structured deployment processes.
Nice to Have:
  • DevOps Knowledge: Possess basic DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD, server tuning, and cloud hosting.
  • SEO Integration: Have experience with SEO integration at a technical level.
