Key Business Consultant Role

As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of solutions for clients. Your focus will be on delivering value through effective project management, clear communication, and alignment with customer goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with product solutions to drive their success.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail solutioning and prepare clear BRDs which explain the process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
  • Customer Success Management:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
    • Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the client's goals are met.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Drive implementation projects by collaboratively working with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams.
    • Lead efforts to drive project management best practices so as to ensure we are delivering the project in an agreed timeline with agreed resources and ensuring scope is closely monitored.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.
    • Suggest improvements or changes based on the analysis.
  • Training and Enablement:
    • Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.
    • Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Handover and Support:
    • Manage handover, close all points by working with product and support teams.
    • Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support.
    • Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM.
  • Feedback Loop:
    • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
    • Provide feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
