Key Role:

We are seeking an exceptional cloud platform engineer to lead our team in delivering robust, scalable, and reliable platform services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and scripting languages. They will also possess a deep understanding of disaster recovery processes, patching, upgrades, and environment stability.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring platform uptime, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in cloud platform production support or infrastructure management. They will be able to work independently while thriving in a multicultural, distributed team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage platform stability and escalations
  • Perform RCA and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with feature teams to implement operational best practices
  • Contribute to technological choices and architecture
  • Ensure delivery of consistent, resilient, scalable, and reliable platform services

Essential Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in cloud platform production support or infrastructure management
  • Proven ability to manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and perform RCA
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds), monitoring tools, and scripting languages
  • Strong understanding of DR processes, patching, upgrades, and environment stability
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a multicultural, distributed team
