Job Overview

    Role Summary:

      We are seeking a skilled CAE Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full vehicle crash simulations and durability load case simulations, as well as developing and maintaining a strong understanding of BIW manufacturing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform complex finite element analyses to simulate various crash scenarios and evaluate the structural integrity of vehicles.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain FE models, including meshing, module build, and post-processing.

      • Develop and implement advanced analysis techniques to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.

      • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in finite element analysis, meshing, and post-processing.

      • Strong understanding of BIW manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, assembly, material models, and physics of crash and/or durability.

    Working Conditions:

      The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in ANSA, LS Dyna, Abacus, Animator/Hyperworks is required.
