Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to understand requirements and provide valuable input.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our QA processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with rich experience in App and Web testing.
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including Black-box testing, Gray-box testing, Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, and Exploratory testing.
  • Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in server-side testing.
  • Practical project development experience using PHP/Python/Java/Go.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Automated testing expertise: Mobile automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest), Web automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), Test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest).
