Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Expert.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Blue Yonder WMS functionalities, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues by reviewing trace files, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and modify scripts using Groovy and Integrator to meet business needs and improve system performance.
  • Participate in system configuration, ensuring alignment with warehouse operations and contributing to the success of our logistics operations.
  • Assist in writing and defining test cases and scenarios based on functional requirements, guaranteeing high-quality testing and efficient issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve system issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for WMS processes and system performance, driving excellence and innovation in our operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Broad knowledge of programming languages, including C, Java, and others.
  • Experience in reviewing trace files and troubleshooting issues.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Groovy and Integrator.
  • BY WMS Technical Certification is highly desirable, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
