About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability for designated channels. As a Sales Performance Leader, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales channel plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 2 years in field sales and team management.
  • Graduate/MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
