Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to conduct independent reviews of internal controls and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

This role involves facilitating the completion of mandatory reporting requirements and adherence to key accounting standards, including US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular reviews of internal controls to identify areas for improvement;
  2. Develop and implement plans to address any identified control gaps or deficiencies;
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reporting requirements;
  4. Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
