As a UX Engineer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.

Key responsibilities include designing mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, taking a user-centered design approach, and rapidly testing and iterating designs.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, create original graphic designs, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhere to style standards.

Essential skills include 1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps, excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, a degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field, prior experience as a UI/UX Designer, and a strong portfolio of related projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and prototyping tool Figma is required. A basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate the feasibility of designs.

This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and different stakeholders.
