Job Description

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will provide expert-level support to business units in managing master data objects.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert Guidance & Training
  • Deliver training sessions and documentation to business users on master data standards and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for master data objects across various domains, fostering collaboration and driving data excellence.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure correct usage and maintenance of master data, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Master Data Maintenance
  • Execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), upholding high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify data inputs, ensuring cohesion and accuracy throughout the organization.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and external regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate reports on master data performance, SLA adherence, and data quality metrics, providing actionable insights to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Analyse trends and provide recommendations to improve data management practices, fostering a data-centric culture within the organization.
