Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract Term: 6 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency. The role will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows, define KPIs, and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization (RI, Savings Plans, anomaly detection) to reduce expenses.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (RTO/RPO) to ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with EDP, Data Engineering, and vendor teams for process standardization and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL + Python/R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud + FinOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.
