Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to manage our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and facilitate smooth development process.
  • Lead and manage the technical team consisting of frontend, backend, and database developers.
  • Ensure performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document technical designs, configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in their technical and professional capabilities.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, offering solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Monitor the progress of engineering tasks and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Years of Experience: 9-12 years
  • Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech
  • Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, Database etc.
  • Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Proficient in software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., microservices, RESTful APIs, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in open-source technologies

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
