Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team. As a proactive professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation of smart home products and solutions at customer sites.

Your keen eye for detail and ability to identify deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) will be invaluable in escalating issues to management in a structured manner.

You will be responsible for monitoring the installation process, minimizing error rates, and promptly addressing any deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Observing the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Ensuring a seamless installation process and minimizing error rates
  • Promptly addressing process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
  • Proper documentation of errors noticed and presenting metrics
  • Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation and data analysis.

  • Educational background: B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
  • 0-2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
