Research and Development Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our research and development team. This role is ideal for an early-career individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting cross-functional activities, including procurement, logistics, and quality control. They will also assist in the preparation of structured reports and data management using Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

In addition, the candidate will contribute to the rollout of new systems using digital tools, including AI software. They will take initiative and support new projects or pilots as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with top-tier performance preferred. They should be comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The ability to travel for coordination activities when required is also essential.

Exposure to supply chain, operations, or CRM systems is desirable. Experience in a startup or hands-on business environment is also beneficial. The candidate will gain practical experience with cutting-edge tools and systems and contribute to tangible climate and community impact.

This is a full-time position (6 days/week) that offers opportunities for growth and professional development. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the field of sustainable fuels and carbon removal solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional activities, including procurement, logistics, and quality control
  • Prepare structured reports and manage data using Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Contribute to the rollout of new systems using digital tools, including AI software
  • Take initiative and support new projects or pilots as they arise
  • Assist in the development of scalable technologies that convert biomass residues into renewable fuel, biochar, and carbon credits

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel for coordination activities when required
  • Exposure to supply chain, operations, or CRM systems desirable
