We're on the hunt for a skilled Quality Engineering Specialist to join our innovative team in Bangalore. As a passionate expert in Python automation, you'll thrive on solving complex challenges and making a tangible impact.

This role offers a chance to:

  • Design and build robust, scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Craft high-quality, reusable test scripts using Python, PyTest, and Appium.
  • Partner closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/DevOps culture to define test strategies and ensure top-tier product quality.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
  • Become a key voice for quality and best practices across engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-9 years of dedicated experience in QA with a strong emphasis on hands-on automation.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Python and the PyTest framework.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile automation for iOS and Android using Appium.
  • Proven experience with web automation using Selenium.
  • Exposure to Windows application automation (PyWinAuto, WinAppDriver).
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • A true passion for quality and a relentless drive for improvement.

This role requires 6-9 years of experience as a Lead Quality Engineer or 3-6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
