Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support and optimize product lifecycle management processes. This individual will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document current PLM processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements
  • Support PLM software configuration and implementation
  • Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
  • Conduct user training and provide technical support
Required Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, Collaborative approach, attention to details, adaptability and Technical acumen
Technical Skills:
  • PLM software implementation
  • Process mapping
  • Data analysis
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of product development cycles
Preferred Certifications:
  • PLM Professional Certification
  • SCRUM Master
  • Business Analysis Professional Certification
