Job Title: Senior QA Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Full Remote Senior QA Test Engineer with over 5 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, and development.

This role requires a motivated and self-motivated individual who is fluent in English and has a strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans, processes, scenarios, and cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Create test estimation templates and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
  • Design and develop automated scripts for each test case using web automation tools like Selenium and Playwright.
  • Execute tests manually or through automation as required, and provide regular test reports and status updates to the Project Manager.
  • Identify functional and UI test cases and execute them accordingly.
  • Perform black box and white box testing as required, and maintain high standards of quality in all work products.
  • Align with project timelines and deliver results accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in QA, testing, and development, with expertise in web automation tools like Selenium and Playwright.
  • Native Windows applications automation expertise, knowledge of designing automation frameworks, and familiarity with Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps.
  • Good understanding of technology environments like Azure, Azure SQL, MSSQL, and ability to collaborate with application managers, database administrators, system administrators, and users.
  • High level of maturity to guide procedures that add value and comply with CMMI requirements.
