Senior Project Manager Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To understand project drawings (2D/3D) from all disciplines and identify any discrepancies in design.
  • To validate, review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and prepare a project execution schedule that meets deadlines.
  • Audit site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring to ensure quality control is maintained.
  • To guarantee that all quality and timeline requirements are met as per project standards.
  • To provide technical inputs and instructions to Site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • To update project trackers and share weekly progress reports with stakeholders for informed decision making.
  • To analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and devise corrective solutions to improve overall project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Management Graduate or Construction management degree from a reputable Institute.
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Deep understanding of site execution for home renovations and ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work while meeting project deadlines.
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is highly essential for this role.
