Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our team of accounting and auditing experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US GAAP and GAAS, with a minimum of 10 years of experience conducting financial statements audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Financial Statements audit in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS standards.
  • Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Able to conduct independent research on accounting and auditing matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Building strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues to drive collaborative results.
  • Presentation and disclosure impact analysis to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields.
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills to drive collaboration and achieve goals.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to effectively communicate and present results.
  • Industry exposure: NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
