Database Expert Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining large-scale database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-availability database solutions using Oracle 19c RDS on AWS.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance on database architecture, design, and administration.
  • Monitor and manage mission-critical production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and implement PL/SQL code, including stored procedures and scripts, to resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze and tune database performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement database management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle database development and tuning within an agile cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve production issues in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to update management on key projects and issues.
