Security Developer Role

We seek a skilled Security Developer to design and build secure mobile applications and backends.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining secure native iOS and Android applications and the associated backends using DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) applications and the associated backends using DevOps practices.
  • Implement secure, user-friendly mobile interfaces that adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Integrate security telemetry and monitoring features into mobile apps to support tamper-proofing and security hardening.
  • Build internal tools for threat intelligence gathering, reverse engineering, and malware hunting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years focused on native iOS and Android application development.
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
  • Deep understanding of Android and iOS internals, including APIs that provide security telemetry.
  • Expertise in server-side programming for building secure APIs.
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms and encryption standards.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration to deploy microservices.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for mobile and back-end components.
  • Understanding of fundamental areas of cybersecurity, specifically threat management and incident response.
