Job Title

An experienced software security professional is required to conduct regular security assessments and collaborate with development teams to design secure software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multiple programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, and Ruby, and be proficient in API development/testing and API security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and work with development teams to remediate them.
  • Collaborate with development teams on threat modeling to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Work with development teams to implement robust security measures and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Required Skills:
  • Advanced understanding of language intricacies and potential security flaws.
  • Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, Jira, and Confluence tools.
  • Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and practical application.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts to developers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to write clear and concise security reports and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyze problems, determine root causes, and devise plans to resolve them.
  • Ability to navigate changing landscapes while handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Curious about new technology and always looking to acquire new knowledge.
