As a senior financial manager, you will oversee the accounts payable department to ensure efficient and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports. You will lead a team, enforce fiscal controls, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Lead, train, and support accounts payable staff.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement AP processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate in audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Generate AP reports and provide financial planning and analysis support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
