About the Role:
Our client, a leading Slag Management and Metal Recovery Company, is seeking an experienced HR Administrative Professional to join their team in Kolkata. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain open communication channels.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment, conduct risk assessments, and implement health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the metals and mining industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with HR software and databases, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
