Indiginus is a leading provider of productized services for online fundraising marketing, with a vision to create a comprehensive product for fundraising marketing. Founded by Nish Bhutani, former SVP at NASDAQ-listed CNET in San Francisco, and formerly on the executive team and board of Lovefilm, the Netflix equivalent for Europe, which was acquired by Amazon.

We have worked with clients across various industry verticals and globally, including US-based Riaz Capital, American India Foundation, Cambrian Asset Management, RUME, MDSV Capital, and Field Intelligence. Our fundraising marketing service targets US clients in sectors such as real estate, crypto funds, and non-profits.

We recently helped SF Bay-Area-based Riaz Capital raise $125 million for its housing fund, with our marketing contributing significantly to the fundraising efforts, and 25% of the funds raised being directly attributed to digital acquisition. We are now in the process of refining this offering.

Role Summary

This role involves developing and executing effective CRM and email marketing campaigns for our clients under the guidance of our CRM and Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and data analytics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Crafting strategies that deliver measurable results based on client goals and target audience insights.
  • Analyzing client data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Developing customer journey maps and identifying opportunities for engagement and conversion.
  • Configuring and customizing HubSpot to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Providing training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
  • Monitoring email deliverability and optimizing email send practices.
  • A/B testing email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing Management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is mandatory.
  • Hubspot certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and HTML basics.
  • Excellent team player with experience in working with US clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and implement solutions.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
