**Job Title:** Software Associate –

**Job Description:** We are seeking a passionate and motivated Gen AI Developer to join our team in building cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enabling accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.
  • Develop RAG-based workflows for contextual understanding of data.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and healthcare AI ethics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
