Job Opportunity: Full Stack AI/ML Engineer with Leadership Role

We are looking for a skilled Tech Co-Founder to lead our AI/ML and Full Stack team in building cutting-edge products.

  • Develop production-grade AI/ML solutions and modules that redefine how brands engage with markets.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, RAG frameworks, LangChain-based systems, and deploy applications on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with scalable architecture and rapid feature iterations.
  • Lead a growing team of developers and interns, and collaborate closely with founders and investors to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding experience, preferably with full-stack product development.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, Vector DBs, GCP services, and strong hands-on coding skills in Python or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred.
