Job Title: Operational Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Manager to lead our Quality Control teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead large teams in Quality Control, including Analytical Method Validation team, LC-MS team, Nasal analytical team, and FT-NIR analytical team.
  • Provide support to the Head of Department with daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and review meetings.
  • Execute and approve quality management systems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and execute analysis planning, data interpretation, and presentation to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members to improve work quality and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Lead all types of QC-AMV work in the absence of the Head of Department and participate in departmental improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, RA, R&D, and PMI.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Science or Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments, such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and NIR.
  • Multifaceted work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
