AI System Developer Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled AI System Developer with a strong background in Python and a minimum of 3 years' experience in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI systems from scratch without relying on third-party AI libraries or external platforms.

The successful applicant will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create robust, scalable, and efficient AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing AI systems and machine learning models without using third-party tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.).
  • Building custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for AI and ML model development.
  • Developing, training, and evaluating models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, as applicable.
  • Integrating AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimizing models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conducting experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on design and functionality.
  • Staying up to date with advances in AI research and best practices in agent architecture.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and backend developers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.
  • Experience with model training frameworks (optional: TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
