Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee clinical and administrative direction for our medical departments and services.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all medical care provided at the unit.
  • Evaluate and improve quality of clinical services rendered.
  • Ensure statutory compliances and analyze department mix.
  • Analyze performance and participation in tariff revision.
  • Rationalize Doctor cost and optimize utilization of equipment.
  • Monitor & conduct quality improvement initiatives.
  • Addressing requirement of consultants and recruitment.
  • Induction, credentialing and privileging, formulating contracts with inputs from Hospital Director.
  • Review and formulate draft replies for medico legal cases.
  • Conduct morality Mortality meetings and review cases.
  • Audit-Clinical billing codes.
  • Provide clinical input for medico legal cases received.
  • Engage with team through training, feedback, coaching and recognition.
  • Recommend junior clinical manpower for effective functioning of clinical departments.
Requirements
  • Qualification : MBBS + MHA
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Superintendent role.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
