Creative Director

We are seeking a Visual Design Lead to establish and evolve the complete visual language across all touchpoints, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to video content, print collateral, and beyond.
This role is not just about design; it's an opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences our brand.
You will be the creative force behind our visual identity, working across disciplines to ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece reflects our innovation and expertise.
- Bolster design influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isn't the right one.
- Establish Beacon. li as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work.
They should also have a proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies, with experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems is essential, as well as typography, color theory, and composition expertise.
Motion graphics and animation skills are a bonus.
The successful candidate will be able to level up junior designers through hands-on work, lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking, and foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
