Senior Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the robustness and capability of manufacturing and packaging processes.
- The ideal candidate will ensure product stewardship for all products manufactured at the platform/cluster, and provide technical oversight of product manufacturing processes.
- This position requires strong technical leadership to ensure product and related packaging operations are maintained in compliance with current GMP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Critical Process Parameters (CPP) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
- Safeguard and maintain scientific information of product processes.
- Support and lead optimization of pharmaceutical processes using sound scientific reasoning and integrated process and technology strategies.
- E nsure single point of contact for products within the site and across sites for multi-site products.
Requirements:
- MSc. In Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years experience in manufacturing.
- Cross Cultural Experience.
- Strategy Development.
- Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams.

- Change Management.
