Job Title:

Technical Artist

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Technical Artist to join our team. As a key member of our creative group, you will be responsible for implementing UI designs in Unity for PC, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.

Your work will involve creating micro animations, building custom shaders, and optimizing particle systems to elevate the UI and interaction quality across various platforms.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and 3D artists to ensure visually stunning and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement UI features such as 2D and 3D layouts, menu logical flows, animations, and more in Unity.
  • Optimize UI for performance, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Create and manage micro animations in Unity.
  • Build custom shaders and optimize particle systems in Unity.
  • Work with 3D assets, including creation, texturing, and rigging.
  • Collaborate with designers to build UX prototypes in Unity.
  • Write basic C# scripts to integrate UI elements with the overall system.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in technical art, preferably with 4-5 years of experience.
  • A portfolio of example projects that showcase your skills.
  • Proficiency in Unity, especially in UI implementation.
  • Experience with custom shaders and particle systems.
  • Basic C# programming skills.
  • Familiarity with UX prototyping and design principles.
  • Good visual sense along with technical competencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Qualifications:

If you have experience with:

  • 3D asset creation, texturing, and rigging.
  • Html/CSS.
  • Previous AR/VR work experience.
