We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to take on the challenge of designing and preparing working drawings for HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Prepare accurate HVAC working drawings per project standards.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues with site teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain ISO documentation and drawing logs.
  • Support: Support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and assist in QA/QC processes.
  • Addendum Identification: Identify additional work and inform the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Training: HVAC training certification preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC design (chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, smoke control), familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements, proficiency in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP), and good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
