Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Creative Lead to spearhead the development of innovative visual solutions for our campaigns, social media platforms, websites, packaging materials, and marketing collateral.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing compelling design concepts from briefs into effective execution across digital, print, and brand touchpoints.
  • Mentoring junior designers to maintain high creative standards and ensure consistency in design quality across all outputs.

Requirements:

Fundamental Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a design/creative/branding role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and versatility across mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Numerous Qualities:

  • A strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • The ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
