Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to lead our Gen AI competency center. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end initiatives, analyzing findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive business-enhancing projects from start to finish (Business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment)
  • Analyze and interpret findings
  • Determine insights and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing processes
  • Support sales efforts and strategic partnerships
Key RequirementsMandatory Skills:
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts
  • Expertise in Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Proficiency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like: NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in large-scale data processing and distributed environments
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, NLP, or CV
Additional Needs
  • Good programming skills and object-oriented programming expertise
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
  • Leadership skills for managing small technical teams
