PostgreSQL Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced PostgreSQL data engineer to join our team. As a key member of our database operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale PostgreSQL databases.

About the Role
  • Strong expertise in PostgreSQL SQL, including advanced query writing, CTEs, window functions, indexing, and optimization.
  • Data modeling skills, including star schema, facts, and dimensions.
  • Familiarity with semi-structured data handling, specifically JSON/JSONB in PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools, such as Airbyte.
  • Knowledge of preparing data for dashboards using Tableau.
  • Understanding of data validation, quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting techniques.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and high-quality data delivery. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
