Job Summary:

Database Technical Lead

As a seasoned Database Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of database developers to implement new business features based on requirement specifications/technical designs.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative database solutions that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable database architectures to support high-performance applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust database security measures to protect sensitive data.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in database administration and development.
  • Expertise in Oracle (RDBMS) Database, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor junior team members.
