Job Overview:
This strategic advisory role provides counsel and guidance to senior management on critical infrastructure matters, often requiring cross-functional collaboration. As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will lead project management efforts to deliver timely new system capabilities, implement enhancements, and support existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Develop and negotiate project scope, ensuring robust documentation of specifications to guide efficient application development and engineering efforts.
- Partner with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to understand key business and technology objectives, driving team execution towards these goals.
- Servant leadership, facilitating day-to-day team meetings, assessing team capacity, and measuring progress through key metrics and reporting.
- ID dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed.
- Lead pre-PI planning sessions and participate in ART Sync/PMPO Sync.
- Assist engineers in creating user stories, protecting the team from external distractions, and optimizing flow by visualizing work on JIRA boards.
- Coach engineers on Agile process principles.
Requirements:
We seek a highly experienced professional with:
- 11-13 years of experience in project management and Scrum Mastery.
- Proven expertise working with Infrastructure teams and developing detailed work plans for product success.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager, with knowledge of agile techniques and processes.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate with other departments, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple complex assignments, projects, priorities, and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, and/or PMP certification; knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project); Jira experience; and project management experience.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
