Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented designer to lead the development of user-centered digital experiences.

As a senior UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for driving design vision and delivering intuitive products that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior designers to create innovative, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
