Project Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of IT and software development projects, coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing IT and software development projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
