We are seeking a Territory Head to lead the bancassurance channel for a leading insurance company in India. This role requires a professional with an exceptional track record in the bancassurance space who can drive business, manage key relationships, and lead a large team to achieve sales targets across a designated region.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to leverage their skills in leadership, relationship-building, and business development. As a Territory Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving targets within the allocated region.

You will also have the opportunity to nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business development and a smooth process flow. Additionally, you will be managing a team of Sales Managers to uphold a high standard of business for the organization.

This includes overseeing a team of 5–6 Cluster Managers, who in turn manage a total of 50–75 Front-Line Sales (FLS) representatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Drive business growth and achieve targets within the allocated region.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business development and a smooth process flow.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Managers to uphold a high standard of business for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven and exceptional track record in the bancassurance channel of the life insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and supervising large teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills.
